PCR Technologies has been machining plastics for over 20 years. We specialize in CNC drilling and routing of G10/FR4 fiberglass, acrylics, phenolics, teflons & nylons. The majority of our plastics machining is done on high speed, multi-spindle, CNC drilling & routing machines. Complex or intricate parts requiring tight tolerances are CNC machined using multi-axis CNC machining centers.

Exhibits good punching characteristics. Typical for transformer spacers and supports.

Standard color is cream to beige with thickness range of 1/32" to 2"

GPO-2

Glass mat reinforced thermoset polyester molded sheet.

Thermal Class B, 130º C electrical/160º C mechanical material UL recognized with flame rating 94V-0. General purpose electrical insulation applications where flame retardant material is required.

Standard color is red with thickness range of 1/32" to 2"

GPO-3

Glass mat reinforced thermoset polyester molded sheet both arc and track resistant.

UL recognized grade, highly flame retardant and low smoke generating. Applications include high voltage appliance insulators, bus bar supports and barriers in switch gear.

Standard color is red with thickness range of 1/32" to 2"

MIL-P-24364

HIGH TEMP

Glass mat reinforced thermoset polyester molded sheet which carries a UL thermal recognition.

UL thermal recognition of 220º C electrical / 210º C mechanical Qualifies as a Class R material and used in elevated temperature applications where high strength NEMA GPO-1 is required.

Standard color is beige with thickness range of 1/32" to 2"
