Proprietary process have put PCR Technologies in the forefront of CNC drilling & routing of preform adhesive materials of intricate shapes with very thin sections. Our capabilities to hold tight tolerances and the ability to offset your heatsink drawing to allow for adhesive undercut of exposure by just a callout on the drawing. This reduces cost of design and allows the preform adhesive bonding material to be undercut, flush or overlap(visible bead) the heatsink to meet your inspection and clearance needs. This service is easily accomplished at PCR Technologies because our fabrication process has been developed to agree with varying customer needs.
