At PCR Technologies we’ve been honing our precision metal core heatsink fabrication capabilities for more than 10 years. Our metal core fabrication processes utilizes a high-speed  multi-spindle CNC drilling and routing machines along with specialized and proprietary fiber-filling technigues.  Our advanced capabilities can maintain tolerances of ±.0002” with a repeatability accuracy of ±.0001” on parts up to 30” long and up to 20” wide.
 
We take quality seriously; all products are subject to stringent quality control measures which are augmented by a continuous improvement program and our ISO 9001:2015 & AS9100D certification. In addition, we are ITAR registered, RoHS Compliant, provide AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports upon request and utilize approved NADCAP platers when required. Our ability to offer multiple related fabrication process and services on-site helps us deliver the rapid turnaround times and top-notch quality that the aerospace and printed circuit board industries expect from us.
