High Speed CNC Machining-Metals
PCR Technologies, a firm with more than two decades of industry experience, provides precision high-speed CNC machining services on a variety of metals, such as aluminum, copper, brass and steel. We have high-speed CNC machining centers with 3-axis and 4-axis capabilities as well as multiple spindle CNC routing and CNC drilling machines. In addition, we have presses, lathes, and sheet metal forming and shearing equipment on-site.
Our commitment to consistent quality and repeatability is evident in our ability to meet positioning tolerances of ±.0002” and repeatability of ± .0001”. At PCR Technologies, we have the equipment required to perform precision high-speed CNC machining on parts up to 30” long and up to 20” wide.
Because we understand the challenges and demands of a competitive business and economic environment, we continually drive out costs and improve efficiencies. As a result, we are AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified ITAR registered, RoHS Compliant and provide AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports upon request. To further facilitate the customer experience, we also offer value-added services such as hardware installation, silkscreen and stencil marking, helical inserts, riveting and finishing.
