Our metal core fabrication processes utilizes a high-speed multi-spindle CNC drilling and routing machines along with specialized and proprietary fiber-filling technigues. Our advanced capabilities can maintain tolerances of ±.0002” with a repeatability accuracy of ±.0001” on parts up to 30” long and up to 20” wide.
We take quality seriously; all products are subject to stringent quality control measures which are augmented by a continuous improvement program and our ISO 9001:2015 & AS9100D certification. In addition, we are ITAR registered, RoHS Compliant, provide AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports upon request and utilize approved NADCAP platers when required.
